![]() ![]() The story doesn't revolve around travelers (gacha characters), so it's not difficult to tune them out, but just the fact they are there can be a bit jarring. OSTs should be free, not making people pay the actual price of the game just to listen to the music outside of it without sound effects. ![]() There are playable characters added from the main game to CotC that shouldn't be here, because it's a prequel chronologically. And the pirate sites dont have it either. However my demo save wont carry over and the demo itself has been uninstalled from my steam deck. The only narrative fault of CotC is the fanservice. Played 3 hours of the demo and then at 9am this morning was able to download and play the full game. CotC tackles some heavy topics, and while the OG started out pretty generic fantasy, and then ramped up to be darker, CotC just straight up starts really dark. So far CotC doesn't seem to pull much of the mobile bullshit, and seems to be quite true to the original. Heres hoping theres a decent sale coming soon for a PC play-through. Yes, but Forspoken was announced a long time ago. The reason would be when you played 112 hours of the OG Octopath, grinded out all best gear, all the advanced jobs, and defeated all secret bosses including the true ending, and just want to play some more Octopath. Is there a reason why anyone would consider the mobile version over the PC/console one ![]()
